We are a military couple PCSing from Europe to Maryland. Mai was so understanding about the time difference and so reliable whenever we contacted her. She was so patient with us. Looking for a house while in another country was so intimidating. We went from initially wanting to buy, then deciding to rent. "Mai was outstanding in putting her clients best interest upfront. She keep an open communications channel with easy to understand language, not the business mumble jumble. She guide me through the process of getting a credit from the homeowner to sort out required repairs before the closing. They were necessary to fix broken and acquire replacement parts. I would work with her again, and recommend my friends.Her recommendations of qualified individuals to complete the necessary home inspections was vital. Me, a novice to the Real Estate process, revealed that I need electrical work, fire safety upgrades and minor plumbing fixes. She made her contacts available to me to answer all my questions. I called it going above and beyond."

"Mai is a phenomenal realtor! She was so skilled, kind and funny, easy to talk to, and made sure we were set up for success to win the bid for the house we were looking at and to get it at the best deal. She was very responsive, professional, and great exploring different home options with. We were able to look at homes, bid, and make it to closing quickly because Mai was so responsive and on top of things. She went above and beyond to figure out any answers we needed and was still responsive and helpful even after closing. She provided helpful guidance all throughout and was such a joy to work with. I was a first time home buyer and also had a hectic work schedule and Mai made the process so seamless and flexible for me and was so understanding! She also gave such a thoughtful touch at closing and gave us a cute card and gift bag with cute little things for our home.
